A vibrant dry red full of fresh aromas of berries, strawberry and a distinct character. A unique blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, and Grenache aged in French oak adding body with notes of tobacco, and a peppery finish. If you are trying to venture out and try some new wines that are far from the usual Cabernet, or Merlot, this is an ideal candidate to experiment with as it has a long and clean finish and just the right about of spices. This is a small production and designated "certified organic" in accordance with the USDA NOP standards. Best when paired with red meats and casserole dishes.

"I felt once more how simple and frugal a think is happiness: a glass of wine, a roast chestnut, a wretched little brazier, the sound of the sea. Nothing else."-Nikos Kazantakis, Zorba the Greek

Finish one bottle and go for the next
I prefer bold reds, that have velvet touches; ones that linger and fill my mouth with that "POW." I also prefer ones that can be had with a variety of foods, or just to open and finish to the last drop. Alexandra's is one of those wines. I had it with pizza one night, and then with spaghetti, and it was an amazing combination. I then simply had a few glasses on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and at every occurrence, I was pleasantly surprised. Buy with confidence knowing that this is going to balance well with whatever you are cooking - or if you want to finish one bottle and go for the next.
