The island of Santorini is very much known for its volcanic soil and is recognized as one of the most unique and intriguing places in the world. It is on that very island that you will find Aidani, a varietal cultivated at altitudes from 70 to 330 meter. Hatzidakis Aidani is a product of organic farming and it matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before it's bottled unfiltered. The result, is a golden color, expressive aromas with fine tones of exotic fruit, citrus and lemon flowers. Super vibrant and well balanced on the palate with nice minerality, caramel and butter.

"If we sip the wine, we find dreams coming upon us out of the imminent night."-D.H. Lawrence
